Please Read Carefully Before Placing a Deposit

We have a very strict policy regarding puppy purchases, and it is essential that you consider the following information before deciding to purchase a Rottweiler puppy from us:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Please ensure you are fully committed to bringing a Rottweiler into your home and understand the responsibilities that come with owning this breed before making a deposit.

Once your deposit is confirmed, it is your responsibility to coordinate the safe and timely arrival of your puppy. However, if your puppy fails to arrive or arrives in poor health, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will provide a replacement puppy from the current or next available litter at no additional cost to you. All shipping expenses for the replacement puppy will be covered by the seller.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to responsible pet ownership.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • A full refund will be provided if your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic or congenital condition within 30 days of purchase, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
  • A refund may also be issued if, within the first 30 days, your puppy is diagnosed with a contagious illness present at the time of sale.

Conditions for Refund:

  • You must notify us immediately of any health concerns and provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of diagnosis.
  • The puppy must be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for the refund policy to remain valid.
  • The puppy must be returned to AKC Rottweiller Kennel in good condition (unless a serious illness is present), and the return will be at the buyer’s expense.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds are not provided for conditions resulting from neglect, improper care, injury, or accidents after the puppy is in your care.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed should buyer decides to pull out while during the process of getting the dog shipped. Make sure you are ready to commit and ensuring that you are getting your new puppy home.
  • Preventable or treatable issues, such as parasites, minor infections, or common puppy ailments, are not covered under our refund policy.

Replacement Option:

  • In place of a refund, we offer the option to receive a replacement puppy of equal value, subject to availability.
